To process your order, I kindly ask that you complete age verification.

Please provide a valid photo ID, such as a Passport, Driving Licence, or Citizen Card.

Here’s what I need:

  • Please provide a clear photograph of a valid form of identification. 
  • The delivery name and postal address must match those on your ID.
  • Payment must be made by the person presenting the ID.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Free UK and USA postage.  

I do not ship to the EU.

Orders are sent via age-verified courier services.

Delivery must be accepted by the verified buyer.

USA Orders:

If you are ordering from the United States, you are responsible for ensuring the knife is legal to import, own, and possess in your state and local area. Laws vary by state and it is your responsibility to check before ordering.

Once your order is shipped, it is the courier’s responsibility.

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or not delivered, I will help by contacting the courier and making insurance claims where possible. However, I am not responsible for courier failures and cannot guarantee recovery.

No refunds or replacements will be given for items lost or undelivered due to courier issues.

2. Age & Legal Requirements

You must be 18 or over to buy from AE Knives.

By ordering, you confirm that:

  • You are legally allowed to buy and own knives in your area
  • You will use them responsibly and within the law

3. Identity Verification

Proof of ID is required before your order is sent.

You must provide:

  • Valid photo ID
  • Matching name and address
  • A photo of you holding your ID

Orders will only be shipped once this is completed.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at checkout unless agreed otherwise
  • Payment must come from the person placing the order
  • I may refuse or cancel any order

5. Custom Orders

  • A 50% deposit (or full payment if preferred) is required to place an order. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

  • Estimated lead time is approximately 12 - 18 weeks.

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.  

  • I retain full ownership and rights to all custom designs.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Standard items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition
  • Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty

7. Faults

If your item is faulty, contact me and I will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

This does not cover wear and tear or misuse.

8. Responsible Use

You agree not to use these products illegally or unsafely.

9. Privacy

Your information is used only to:

  • Process your order
  • Verify your identity
  • Provide support
