Please provide a valid photo ID, such as a Passport, Driving Licence, or CitizenCard.
Here’s what I need:
- A clear photo of yourself holding your ID, ensuring your face is fully visible and matches the ID.
- The delivery name and postal address must match those on your ID.
- Payment must be made by the person presenting the ID.
Please note: Your order will be cancelled if age verification is not completed.

POSTAGE.
Orders will be posted using an Age Verification compliant service.
Royal Mail Age Verification delivery or Courier “Challenge 25” on delivery.
NO EXPORT: Knives are sold to UK customers only. I do not export or ship knife products outside the United Kingdom.
Orders with non-UK delivery addresses will not be processed.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Age & Legal Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to purchase from me.
By ordering, you confirm that:
- You are legally allowed to buy and possess knives in the UK
- You will use my products responsibly and lawfully
2. Identity Verification
To comply with UK law, I require proof of identity before dispatch.
This includes
- A valid photo ID
- Confirmation that your name and address match your order
- A photo of you holding your ID
Orders will only be shipped once verification is complete.
3. Orders & Payment
- Payment must be made in full at checkout unless agreed otherwise
- Payment must be made by the person named on the order
- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
4. Custom Orders
Custom knives made to order.
- Lead times are estimates
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Once work has begun, orders cannot be cancelled
5. Shipping & Delivery
- I use age-verified delivery
- Orders must be delivered to the verified purchaser
- Delays caused by couriers are outside my control
Risk transfers to you once the item is delivered.
6. Returns & Cancellations
For standard (non-custom) items:
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original condition
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
7. Faults & Warranty
If your item has a genuine defect:
- Contact me and I will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or improper care
8. Responsible Use
You agree not to use my products illegally or unsafely.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled securely and in line with UK data protection laws.
I only use your information to:
- Process orders
- Verify age and identity
- Provide customer support
